Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website at https://boxoracontainers.com(the "Site") or purchasing any products from Boxora Containers LLC ("Boxora," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract to use the Site or place an order. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices shown on the Site are for the container only and exclude delivery, taxes, and any applicable fees unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.

Product descriptions, dimensions, and weights are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly. Images are representative. For exact specifications on a specific unit, contact our sales team.

3. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed when you receive a written confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Full payment is collected at checkout for online purchases; quoted and custom orders are invoiced by our sales team. By providing payment details, you authorise Stripe to charge the amounts specified.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, carrier delays, or site access issues. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the delivery site meets the requirements described in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Re-delivery fees may apply if a delivery cannot be completed due to site access issues or the buyer's absence.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Custom-modified containers are non-returnable except in the case of a workmanship defect.

6. Warranties

New (one-trip) containers are warranted against structural defects for 12 months from the date of delivery. Refurbished containers are warranted to be wind and water-tight for 90 days from delivery. Custom modifications carry a 6-month workmanship warranty. Warranties are voided by unauthorised modification, misuse, or damage caused after delivery.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED ABOVE, THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boxora Containers LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Boxora Containers LLC and is protected by US and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
